Scouting America Public Merit Badge Workshops - Fish and Wildlife Management

Fish and Wildlife Management- July 19, 2026During the Fish and Wildlife Management merit badge workshop, scouts will learn how to conserve and manage our wild resources! From management practices to threatened species, we discuss the basics of keeping wildlife safe and abundant. An animal presentation and pyramid tour are included with this badge workshop!*This workshop runs from 12-5:30pm. About Scouting America Public Merit Badge WorkshopsPublic Merit Badge Workshops are for youth ages 11-17 in Scouting America, seeking to earn a merit badge! At Moody Gardens, scouts don’t just earn the badge, they LEARN the badge!Advanced registration is required. When registered, check-in information and requirements covered will be emailed to participants 1-2 weeks before the workshop date. The program is for scouts only, no adults or younger siblings are permitted in the course. Private workshops are also available for Scouting America, Cub Scouts, Venturing, Girl Scouts, American Heritage Girls, and Trail Life groups.
