We’re keeping the vibe going—community, connection, and movement that meets you where you are.Come move and breathe in one of the dreamiest spaces in the city. We’ll get a little more flexible (mentally and physically), check in with how we’re really feeling, and remind ourselves that showing up is the work. You don’t have to be “good” at yoga to join—just bring your body and your breath, and we’ll find ease together through mindful movement.Whether it’s your first time or your fifth, this class is for you.
