Join West Pelvic Wellness for our 6-week Pelvic Wellness Strength Series—a small-group exercise program designed specifically for women who want to become stronger while protecting and supporting their core and pelvic floor.
Whether you’re postpartum, navigating perimenopause, returning to exercise, or simply looking for a smarter way to strength train, this series combines functional strength, mobility, posture, and core training in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Unlike traditional fitness classes, every exercise is intentionally selected and modified by pelvic health experts to help you:
• Build full-body strength
• Improve core and pelvic floor coordination
• Enhance posture and balance
• Increase mobility and flexibility
• Reduce aches, leaks, and feelings of heaviness
• Feel more confident in everyday movement
No previous fitness experience is required. Exercises can be modified for a variety of fitness levels, making this class appropriate whether you’re just getting started or looking to build upon your current routine.
