The El Modena Branch Library, part of the Orange Public Library system, offers a variety of resources and services to the community. It provides access to computers, printing, copying, and scanning services in both black and white and color. The library features study rooms for individuals and small groups, as well as free WiFi access throughout the building. Among its unique offerings are a teaching garden, a teen study space, a community room available for rental, a Friends of the Library used book sale area, and a seed lending library. Patrons can also find a community art wall, history exhibits, and an adult literacy lab and collection. For technology needs, the library offers self-checkout stations, public PCs for all ages, and laptops for in-library use. It also provides early learning PCs for children and portable charging power banks.
