Originally built by the Byerly Brothers as a grocery warehouse storing everything from potatoes to salted meats, this incredible space has now been fully restored by Fitzgerald’s Heavy Timber.
And believe it or not… this historic building never had running water, sewer, or electricity until now!
The beautifully restored structure is now ready for its next chapter and could become:
