About This Series After teaching this training live for the first time and receiving such a heartfelt response, many participants expressed a desire for it to continue in person. I'm excited to now offer this 4-part Sonic Anatomy Training at Sublime Liberation, creating a shared space for deep vocal exploration and connection. This series is inspired by the work of Eileen McKusick and the Brothers Koren — a system of vocal toning designed to help liberate the voice, awaken the body’s natural resonance, and reconnect you with your innate sound-healing potential. At the heart of the practice are the Sonic Anatomy Tones and Demitones, an evolving map of 42 resonant sounds. Many of these tones are the primal sounds babies naturally make as they first discover their voices. These tones resonate through different areas of the body and energetic field, inviting release, vitality, and a deeper connection to your authentic self. Through guided exploration of breath and sound, you’ll begin to experience your voice not just as something you produce — but as a whole-body instrument of awareness, expression, and connection. This is a safe and playful space where there is no right or wrong way to sound. Many people rediscover the joy of making sound freely and reconnect with a natural, childlike curiosity through the voice.
