Are you ready to have some fun playing soccer, basketball, t-ball and more? Children will be eased into learning the basics of all these great games, as well as learning the importance of team work! This program is a combination of warm-up games and sports such as soccer, kickball, wacky ball and basketball. ALL SPORTSAges 7-12MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9:00am-12:00pmWEEK 1: 6/22-6/26WEEK 4: 7/13-7/17Get up, get going, get active with a F. A. S. T. Athletics All Sports! A variety of sports will be offered including the classics such as Soccer, Basketball, Baseball and an introduction to Flag Football as well as games like Ultimate Frisbee. All F. A. S. T. programs include proper stretching and warm-up games, as well as learning basic skills of each sport. Each day will end with a fun Round Robin Tournament. Join the experienced team of F. A. S. T. for a great sports week. FLAG FOOTBALLAges 7-12MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9:00am-12:00pmWEEK 6: 7/27-7/31WEEK 7: 8/3-8/7Come learn and play the great game of Football but without the tackling. Learn game strategies, catching techniques, and, most importantly, how to work together as a team. Play in situational activities including Red Zone Defense, Fourth and Inches, plus the QB Challenge as they learn the importance of teamwork along with sportsmanship. Each day will end with a simulated game broken down into 4 quarters. Join us for one or both weeks. Groups will be separated by age/experience. The children will learn the basic skills in fielding, throwing, hitting, and base running. In addition, they will play games such as home run derby, last one standing, and running bases. This is an easy introduction into t-ball where learning and skill development are our priorities. Students will learn the basic skills in fielding, throwing, hitting, and base running. In addition, they will learn the positions, situational plays and strategies as well as play games such as home run derby, last one standing, and golden glove
