The Reset Room

Something new is coming to downtown Frankfort
I’m starting The Reset Room - a space for women to slow down, reconnect, and come back to themselves.
This will be held at Earth Alchemy - a cozy, grounding space right in the heart of historic downtown, with both indoor comfort and access to an outdoor garden.
This isn’t therapy.
This isn’t just yoga.
It’s something in between.
Each session blends:
• grounding + breathwork
• gentle movement
• real-life skill building (for stress, emotions, relationships)
• space to pause, reflect, and just be
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or like you just need a reset…this is for you.
First & last Thursday of each month

6:00–7:00 PM
