Free Womens Self Defense Seminar

Gracie Jiu Jitsu Aurora is hosting a FREE Women's Self Defense Seminar from 1 PM - 3:00 PM at our Main Location (601 Salida Way, Suite B6, Aurora, CO 80011) . Then from 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM we will enjoy some Acai Bowls & Fellowship. In this special 2-hour Seminar, you will get a brief orientation on the history of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You will learn a few basic self-defense techniques that may help in real life scenarios. These techniques are non-violent neutralization techniques (like wrist releases) . Ages 13+ welcome (due to PG13 content) shared during presentation.
