Wellness at the Water is an immersive waterfront wellness experience designed to celebrate women through movement, mindfulness, connection, and community, right here on the Destin Harbor.
Move freely through five curated wellness zones designed to reset, recharge, revive, and empower you throughout the morning. Every ticket holder receives a custom Wellness at the Water yoga mat, tote bag, and goodies. Free parking included.
THE ZONES:
Reset Zone | 9:00 AM | The Lawn
All guests begin here. Elena Gonzalez leads a grounding stretch, breathwork, and sound bath to set the tone for the day.
Empower Zone | 9:45AM - 2PM | Charters Area
Drop-in fitness classes with Rise N Ride Studio, no experience needed, easy to join at any time.
10:00AM - Pilates | 11:00AM - Strength Training | 12:00PM - Pilates
Intentional Zone | 9:45AM - 2PM | Lawn by Main Stage
Short, impactful wellness talks and guided conversations focused on mindset, mental health, and personal growth. Featuring DJ Jeanae between sessions.
