Exhibit: Art of the American Revolution On view now through Friday, August 28 (during Library hours) Limited-edition Don Troiani prints depicting events and soldiers of the American Revolution will be on display. Troiani is considered the leading American historical artist, with works displayed in museums, government institutions, and private collections throughout the country. From Lexington and Concord to Yorktown, Mr. Troiani’s art offers a vivid visual history of the Revolution. To ensure historical authenticity, Mr. Troiani draws on his extensive private collection of uniforms, weapons, and artifacts. The exhibit will also feature prints and original drawings by John Jenkins. Jenkins is the founder of John Jenkins Designs, a company specializing in historical toy soldiers and military miniatures. The company produces meticulously detailed, hand-painted figures that depict various military conflicts, including the American Revolution.
