Family Night Soundbath

Thursday Night Family Sound Bath on July 23rd at 6:30pm
Parents this is a unique opportunity to experience with you child/children. Children are so open and respond to the sound in amazing ways.
Crystal Bowl Sound Bath is a beautiful time to relax, unwind and rebalance. Harness the healing powers of the Crystal Sound Bowls and Healing Hertz. Each Bowl has a different sound/frequency that resonates with certain part of your body and chakra. It's a flowing sound bath, as all the different sounds and melodies flow over, around and through your beautiful being. Calming the mind, resetting the nervous system, harmonizing anything off balance and enhancing sleep quality

You will be laying on the floor for a hour. I do have supplies and they are limited. If possible Please bring a mat to lay on,I also have chairs if you desire to sit. I do have some extra mat and cushion for those who need one.

This is a shared space,if you are sick, coughing or sniffing PLEASE stay home

Cost is $10 a person
Cash, Venmo and Zelle accepted

Thursday evening 7/23 @ 6:30pm (please arrive 10-15 minutes early. The door locks at 6:35pm)
