Set against the backdrop of a stunning, expansive beach area with a relaxed atmosphere, arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in with the teacher and soak in the beauty of your surroundings before we begin.

We offer a judgment-free, non-competitive healing environment featuring a wonderful community of both locals and visitors. The instructor will demonstrate and guide the session using a high-quality audio system, ensuring everyone can follow along with ease. You're encouraged to skip any parts that don't resonate with you. Class is suitable for all levels & newbies.
