𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞:

BYO beach towel or blanket for practice ( no Yoga mat needed ).
We practice on a firm turf lawn ( no holes, bumps, bugs, dog poo, or sand ) for easy-flowing movements and balance.
Also, don't forget sunglasses & your friends!
