Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

Join Mendocino Grove's resident yoga teacher Katie Bilsky and local sound practitioner Sara Bassindale for an evening of gentle restorative yoga and immersive sound healing in the NEW geodesic dome. Unwind, slow down, and settle into deep rest as the sun sets.
All levels welcome. Bring warm layers.
