Still Here: Making Sense After a Suicide Loss

Still Here is a rotating workshop series designed to support those living with the impact of suicide loss. The purpose of this series is to provide a steady space for understanding, reflection, and connection. Each session offers guidance and practical tools to help participants make sense of their experience while building the capacity to navigate difficult thoughts, emotions, and moments over time. There is no required sequence, and participants may attend at any point. The focus is not on finding answers or moving forward, but on creating space to understand, to connect, and to be supported in the process.
