Status Check- A Peer Support Group

Status Check is a weekly peer-based space for connection, reflection, and shared experience.
This group exists to reduce isolation and create a place where people can show up as they are. It is a space to be heard, to listen, and to sit alongside others without pressure to perform, explain, or fix anything.
In this group, we focus on:
-Connection with others
-Honest check ins around what feels “Settled” and what “Unsettled”
-Shared human experience rather than advice or solutions
-Listening with presence and respect
-Allowing space for both speaking and silence
Participation is always optional. You choose what you share and how much you share. Silence is welcome and respected. Status Check is an open-ended group. People may join, step away, or return as needed.
This group is for military, police, fire, EMS, frontline medical staff, corrections, and 911 dispatch.
