Phelan Memorial Library

The Phelan Memorial Library, part of the San Bernardino County Library system, offers a variety of services to the community. These include access to books, internet workstations, and programs for all ages, such as storytime, crafts, and STEM-focused activities like the Learnology Lab. The library also hosts events like the Summer Reading Program kickoff. A Friends of the Library group supports the library by fundraising for programs, books, and upgrades, and operates a bookstore within the library selling donated items for a low cost. Volunteers are sought to assist with library operations and fundraising efforts.
