We're honored to welcome Dr. Carlos Handy, grandson of the legendary W.C. Handy, the "Father of the Blues." Dr. Handy is a tenured physics professor at Texas Southern University and is also a passionate advocate for preserving his grandfather's musical legacy. Through his ongoing support of the W.C. Handy Museum & Library and Cabin in Florence, Alabama, he continues to help share the story and impact of one of America's most influential musicians.
