This is a fantastic hands-on experience for both beginners and seasoned crafters who enjoy the precision of glasswork without the stress of glass cutting.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
Copper Foil Technique: Master the art of "foiling" by wrapping each pre-cut glass piece in copper foil to prepare it for soldering.
Soldering: Learn to use a soldering iron to melt solder over your foiled seams, creating smooth, professional lines.
Structural Finishing: We will go a step beyond the basics by adding a lead channel (U-came) to the outside edge. This provides a clean, framed look and adds significant strength to your finished piece.
Patina & Polish: Discover how to clean and treat your solder lines to make your patriotic colors pop.
Experience Level: No prior experience necessary!
