The Northern Arizona Audubon Society is dedicated to sharing our love of birds, wildlife and their habitats to all members of the Flagstaff and Verde Valley communities. Founded in 1973 as a chapter of the National Audubon Society, Northern Arizona Audubon is an all-volunteer non-profit engaging people in the enjoyment and conservation of birds and their habitats in the northern part of the state. We involve people through fun birding field trips, monthly programs, educational outreach and various opportunities for the community to collaboratively help preserve our regional environment. As part of our activities we also hold monthly meetings in both Flagstaff and Sedona, which feature a wide variety of speakers talking about birds and other natural history topics. All of our meetings are free and open to the public. We welcome everyone to join us, especially those who are new to birds or our area. We are a friendly and fun group of folks who love to share the natural wonders of northern Arizona. Northern Arizona Audubon is a fully independent 501 (c)3 non-profit organization.
