GROW is a guided, discussion-based peer feedback group for visual artists seeking constructive critique, fresh perspectives, and personal growth. Using structured methods like PATS (Praise, Ask, Tell, Suggest), participants offer each other specific, actionable feedback on concept, technique, composition, and emotional impact. Open to artists of all levels, the group fosters confidence, self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of each artist’s journey in a safe, affirming space. Bring one or two pieces—finished or in progress—for group discussion, and be open to hearing diverse perspectives as a vital tool for artistic growth.
