Join us for the third session of Building Leadership Capacity for Clarity and Coherence, a four-part leadership series designed for superintendents, district leadership teams and individual school leaders! Led by Dr. Suzanne Klein, associate professor of organizational leadership, this interactive half-day workshop will help participants turn vision into action by revisiting organizational goals, assessing district progress, identifying strengths and challenges, and developing collaborative implementation plans. Participants will explore strategies for aligning curriculum, instruction, policies and systems to maximize teaching and learning while building greater organizational coherence and clarity. Throughout the session, attendees will engage in meaningful dialogue, reflect on effective leadership practices and strengthen their capacity to lead aligned teams that accelerate student success.
