Details:
We often associate summer with rest and recreation, but the season brings its own set of pressures: shifting routines, family demands, financial strain, and the quiet weight of expectations. On June 13, the Dearborn Public Library invites you to an hour-long presentation designed to help you navigate the season with greater ease and intention.
Zeina Laham, MA & TLLP, is a licensed psychologist with years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field. Her practice centers on psychotherapy approaches emphasizing healing, growth, and cultural sensitivity. Having worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, Zeina brings a grounded, personalized perspective to the work of well-being — one that honors each person's unique story and circumstances.
In this presentation, Zeina will introduce practical, evidence-informed strategies for managing stress and building resilience in everyday life. Topics will include identifying personal stress triggers, developing healthier responses to pressure, and establishing habits that support emotional balance throughout the summer months and beyond.
This event is free and open to adults. Space is limited — register in advance to secure your spot.
This event will take place in M-15.
