Join us for a special Community Fishing Night and One Health Yoga event at Cosmo-Bethel Park on August 27. Experience a free fishing opportunity hosted by the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) from 6:00-8:00 p.m., open to participants of all ages and skill levels. Enjoy the chance to catch and release fish with assistance available for new anglers, including the provision of fishing poles, tackle boxes, and bait. Additionally, take some time to unwind with a beginner-friendly yoga class focused on reconnecting with nature. Leave your phone at home and embrace the healing benefits of the outdoors. The class may be held outside, weather permitting, and mats will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and ensure any participants under 18 are accompanied by an adult. Registration is required for both individuals attending the yoga session.
