Yoga Wednesdays at the Fayetteville Beyond Blue Center

Join us for Yoga Wednesdays across the Fayetteville, Charlotte, and Raleigh Beyond Blue Neighborhood Centers! Experience FREE 50-minute yoga classes every Wednesday at 10 a.m., hosted by the Raleigh-based nonprofit You Call This Yoga (youcallthisyoga.org). Classes feature Chair Yoga on the First and Third Wednesdays (chairs provided) and Mat Yoga on the Second and Fourth Wednesdays (please bring your own mat; extras available if needed).
