Yoga Wednesdays at the Fayetteville Beyond Blue Center

Join us for Yoga Wednesdays at the Beyond Blue Neighborhood Centers in Raleigh, Charlotte, and Fayetteville! Enjoy FREE 50-minute yoga classes every Wednesday at 10 a.m., facilitated by the Raleigh-based nonprofit You Call This Yoga (youcallthisyoga.org). The schedule includes Chair Yoga on the first and third Wednesdays (chairs provided) and Mat Yoga on the second and fourth Wednesdays (please bring your own mat, or use an extra one provided).
