Yoga Wednesdays at the Fayetteville Beyond Blue Center

Join us for Yoga Wednesdays at the Beyond Blue Neighborhood Centers in Fayetteville, Raleigh, and Charlotte, featuring FREE 50-minute yoga classes every Wednesday at 10 a.m. These sessions are hosted by the Raleigh-based nonprofit You Call This Yoga (youcallthisyoga.org). Each location offers Chair Yoga on the first and third Wednesdays, where chairs will be provided, and Mat Yoga on the second and fourth Wednesdays—participants are encouraged to bring their own mats, though extras are available.
