Yoga Wednesday at the Raleigh Beyond Blue Center

Join us for **Yoga Wednesdays** at the Raleigh Beyond Blue Neighborhood Center, part of a series of FREE 50-minute yoga classes offered at various locations, including Raleigh, Fayetteville, and Charlotte. Classes are hosted by the Raleigh-based nonprofit You Call This Yoga (youcallthisyoga.org) every Wednesday at **10 a.m.**

**Class Formats**:
- **Chair Yoga**: First and Third Wednesdays (chairs provided).
- **Mat Yoga**: Second and Fourth Wednesdays (please bring your own mat; extras are available).
