Yoga Wednesday at the Raleigh Beyond Blue Center

Join us for Yoga Wednesdays at the Beyond Blue Neighborhood Centers in Raleigh, Fayetteville, and Charlotte! Enjoy FREE 50-minute yoga classes every Wednesday at 10 a.m., provided by the Raleigh-based nonprofit You Call This Yoga. Experience Chair Yoga on the first and third Wednesdays with chairs supplied, and Mat Yoga on the second and fourth Wednesdays, where participants are encouraged to bring their own mats, though extras are available.

Classes in Raleigh take place at 8511 Brier Creek Pkwy, Ste. 107; in Fayetteville at 1800 Owen Drive; and in Charlotte at 2336 Freedom Drive, Ste. C.
