Join us for **Yoga Wednesdays** at the Raleigh and Fayetteville Beyond Blue Centers, hosted by the Raleigh-based nonprofit You Call This Yoga. Enjoy FREE 50-minute classes every Wednesday at 10 a.m. Each location alternates between **Chair Yoga** on the first and third Wednesdays—chairs provided—and **Mat Yoga** on the second and fourth Wednesdays—participants should bring their own mats, but extras are available.
