Join Saha Happyness for a Meditation and begin a discovery of your soul. We do have hot water for tea or coffee. You may want to bring your own water as well. We have mats, blankets and bolsters for you in circle. We do have chairs if you would prefer. There is a $20 energy exchange unless you have a membership.
