Start your morning celebrating the longest day of the year at Summer Solstice in The Star District, a rejuvenating wellness experience happening Friday, June 26th from 7:00AM–9:00AM at Tostitos Championship Plaza. Admission is free and all are welcome.
Beginning at 7:00AM, guests can flow through an energizing sunrise workout led by Cowboys Fit, followed by a guided meditation designed to help you reset, recharge, and welcome the new season with intention.
After class, stay and explore a curated wellness marketplace featuring local vendors, refreshing beverages, self-care experiences, and feel-good finds to help you ease into summer feeling refreshed and inspired. Whether you’re looking to move, unwind, or simply enjoy a peaceful morning with the community, Summer Solstice at The Star District is the perfect way to start your day.
