2026 Youth Camps: Dance

Join the 2026 Dallas Cowboys Youth Camps, where athletes aged 6-16 can enjoy an exciting summer experience at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco. Offering both Football and Dance programs, these camps are designed to foster teamwork, dedication, and character development. The Football Camps provide interactive coaching from former NFL players, while the Dance Camps focus on technical skills, positive self-esteem, and core values under the guidance of current Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Camp sessions run from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm and include personalized coaching, workshops, and performances. Registration includes a T-shirt, medal, lunch, and a professional photo by America's Best Event Photography, with a $15 early registration discount for sign-ups before May 15th.
