[Registration Opens July 5] think you know how to properly and effectively use a fire extinguisher? put your skills to the test!join the allen fire department for a free fire extinguisher training where participants will learn basic fire safety tips, when and how to safely use a fire extinguisher, and then practice hands-on skills using our interactive vr fire extinguisher simulator.this class is free and open to the community. age limit is 10 and any children attending this training needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.if you have any questions, contact tony cooper, afd ems specialist, at 214.509.4420 or tcooper@allentx.govplease be courteous. while this class is free of charge, we are unfortunately swamped with no-shows each month. if you register and can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation or contact us so we can do so and pass your spot on to someone on the waitlist. thank you!
