Museum Showcase Saturday

Our annual Museum Showcase returns Saturday, August 8, as part of the Western Railway Museum’s 80th anniversary celebration. Join us for a special day highlighting the museum’s historic collection. Guests will have opportunities to ride select railway equipment not normally available during regular museum operations, explore special train displays, participate in museum tours, and enjoy family-friendly activities throughout the property. Tickets are valid all day and include a 50-minute interurban train ride, 15-minute streetcar rides aboard various historic cars operating throughout the day, museum tours, exhibits, and scheduled event activities. All train rides feature open seating and are subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the full Showcase experience. A complete schedule of train operations, tours, presentations, and activities will be added as the event approaches.
