Details:
This workshop will provide a foundation of the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), a long-term retirement savings and investment plan similar to 401(k) plans offered by private companies.
* Some of the topics to be covered will be: TSP enrollment/participation, How to make contributions, Investment funds and options, and the TSP components and features.
* This workshop focuses on the TSP program under BRS. Upon completing two years in the Air Force, Airmen vest in the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP).
* This workshop is open to Spouses, providing information and knowledge of the TSP and may translate to employer 401K programs.
* This workshop is open to AD in the High Three & DoD civilian's to gain information and knowledge about the TSP program.
***Please bring your personal computers and your TSP Login information to the session.
**This Course Satisfies the MyVector requirement for mandatory TSP training (if due date is within 6 mos. of attendance).**
