Historic Manassas is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization and promotion of Historic Downtown Manassas. Established in 1986, HMI operates as a Virginia Main Street Community Partner and an Accredited National Main Street Center Program Member. The organization sponsors numerous special events throughout the year to attract local residents and visitors, reinforcing the area's identity. Additionally, HMI manages the City's Visitor Center and Farmer's Market, and organizes cooperative advertising programs for local businesses to make marketing more affordable.
