Lift Your Littles - Father's Day Partner Workshop

Partner Acro and Silks Workshop
Celebrate Father's Day by trying something new together! This workshop is open to both kids and adults paired with their parent/father figure. One registration includes two participants. Both participants will need a signed waiver and can sign the waiver online beforehand or the day of at the front desk.
We'll be working on both partner acro and partner aerial skills and poses in this beginner-friendly workshop. We will start on the ground with partner exercises and acro poses and then move to basic aerial partner poses on our aerial silk apparatus. This is a great way to have fun working out and trying something one-of-a-kind together!
Prerequisites for adults: must have birthed, nurtured, or borrowed a child that you can pick up (or who is willing and able to pick you up)
Prerequisites for kids: must be at least six years of age and bring with you a responsible(ish) adult who can pick you up or who you can pick up
