Join us for our Flow on the Go Seasonal Series: A Sunday Morning in Nature
Start your Sunday with intention, movement, and fresh mountain air. We’ll meet at the studio at 7:00 AM and carpool to a scenic local trailhead for an easy to moderate hike. Midway through the journey, we’ll pause to unroll our mats, ground ourselves in nature, and move through a rejuvenating yoga flow surrounded by the sights and sounds of the outdoors. After our practice, we’ll hike back and return to the studio by 11:00 AM—feeling refreshed, centered, and connected.
A perfect way to welcome the day and nourish body and mind and soul. All hiking and yoga levels welcome!
Location will be announced one week out and you are welcome to meet at the trailhead if you’d like.
