The Riverside Library and Cultural Center, part of the High Plains Library District, is a destination library serving the Evans community and surrounding neighborhoods. Opened in Fall 2014, this 18,500 square foot facility is a joint-use cultural center operated with the City of Evans. It offers a diverse collection of over 36,000 items, including books, movies, music, and Spanish-language materials. The library provides 21 public computers, free Wi-Fi, study rooms, and dedicated areas for children and teens. It hosts various programs such as classes, computer help sessions, book clubs, and story times for all ages. The center also includes banquet halls and a local history display managed by the City of Evans.
