Rockin' Rockwoods 53K / 1/2 Marathon / 1/2 Marathon RUCK Help Needed: Start/Finish - Set up 5:00 - 5:30AM Start/Finish - 6 AM Muckerman Shelter PACKET PICKUP for 53K. 6 AM Muckerman Shelter PACKET PICKUP for 1/2 Marathon & 1/2 Marathon RUCK Packet Pickup will be 6AM - 6:45AM - Aid Station 1 - Rockwoods Range Trailhead ONLY used by 53K Runners (Approx. 4.5 miles from race start) **Needs to be setup by 7AM** This is a minimal aid station water & gel ONLY. - Aid Station 2 - Allenton Road at Green Rock Trail intersection ONLY used by 53K Runners (Approx. 10 miles out bound and 32 miles inbound) **Needs to be setup by 8AM** - Aid Station 3 - Scenic Road THIS AID STATION WILL BE USED BY BOTH 1/2 Marathon and 53k Runners. Both distance runners will hit this aid station inbound and out bound. **Needs to be setup at 7AM** - Aid Station 4 - Rockwoods Reservation THIS AID STATION WILL BE USED BY BOTH 1/2 Marathon and 53k Runners. **Needs to be setup by 7:30AM** Please post below if you are able to help with your availability for Sept 13! *Light breakfast and lunch will be provided for all Volunteers and Lunch.
