Join the Lane County Extension Service Master Food Preservers as they delve into the various ways one can safely preserve their fruit utilizing boiling water canners, steam canners, dehydration, and freezing techniques. In this hands-on workshop, participants will practice two preservation techniques and take home preserved goods. Participants will work with the Lane County Master Food Preservers.
