Join us for the Eugene 2026 Tomatoes & Salsa Food Preservation Workshop, a comprehensive hands-on event focused on preserving tomatoes, including whole tomatoes, sauces, and salsas. Led by the Lane County Master Food Preservers, attendees will learn canning methods and take home their preserved creations. This workshop is scheduled for Saturday, August 8th, 2026, from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Community of Christ Church, located at 1485 Gilham Road, Eugene. The registration fee is $16.
