Details:
We are flooding the streets with music (despite the construction) with 10 musical performers, timber show, arts and craft vendors and lumberjack contests. The Escanaba LogJam Music Festival is a free event for the community, celebrating Escanaba’s timber and rich music history. Sponsored by Highline Internet and DTE Foundation, the event is organized by the Escanaba Downtown Development Authority, Bonifas Arts Center, Escanaba Kiwanis and Delta Conservation District.
Due to ongoing downtown construction, this year's festival will be held at the intersection of Ludington Street and Stephenson Avenue. We have five restaurants, food trucks and retail businesses.
The free festival begins with a ceremonial ribbon cutting and log sawing at 10 a.m. and continues until 10 p.m.
