Join Lafayette poet ZBassSpeaks for the See and Respond Poetry Workshop on Saturday, August 1, from 1-2:30 PM at The Starkey Building (309 S. Public Road). This inventive workshop invites participants aged 14 and up to explore poetic expression inspired by the 2026 Art on the Street sculptures. Participants will learn about storytelling, interpretation, and unique verbal arrangements to craft original poetry based on artwork. The event is free, but registration is requested, as space is limited to 15 participants. Take part in the See & Respond! Contest and celebrate creativity through poetry!
