Resource Navigation

If you need assistance finding local resources, services, or support, you can meet with a staff member from the Community Resource team. The staff consists of Peer Resource Navigators and Resource Coordinators who can help guide you through available local resources. Staff will listen to what you need and help you access information about topics such as mental and physical health, addiction recovery, reentry after jail or prison, social services, shelters, and food resources, including food banks and places that serve hot meals.
