Our purpose at the Manasota Beach Club is to preserve the natural environment of Old Florida. Three generations of the Buffum family have been dedicated to maintaining the beauty of one of the last pieces of Southwest Florida's Gulf front habitat, which is home to a historic clubhouse and cottages as well as native birds, gopher tortoises and a dedicated year round staff. Here at the Manasota Beach Club we offer lodging year round as well as Club Memberships. We are an American Plan Resort with a dining room and an incredible kitchen staff that is open from November through April. The rest of the year we offer cottages with a discounted summer rate. Club Members are given access to many amenities around the club, depending on their type of membership. Members can participate in several sports including tennis and water aerobics or even reserve a table in our dining room.
