Join us for a gentle, trauma-informed healing workshop designed for teens navigating grief, stress, or emotional overwhelm. Through gentle yoga, Qigong, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and creative reflection, teens will learn supportive tools to help regulate emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and build calm, resilience, and self-awareness. This workshop focuses on emotional safety, nervous system support, movement, breath, and healthy coping skills in a welcoming, nonjudgmental space. Practices are kept simple, grounded, and accessible, with choice and autonomy encouraged throughout. The experience includes grounding exercises, mindful movement, journaling, guided meditation, and an optional sharing circle with no pressure to participate. This is a supportive space for teens to process emotions, feel connected, and leave with tools they can use in daily life.
