Connecticut Valley Brewing Company, established in 2018 in South Windsor, Connecticut, is an independently owned brewery with a strong theme of aviation, inspired by its co-founder's background and the F4U Corsair, Connecticut's state aircraft. The brewery aims to be a community gathering place, celebrating Connecticut's innovative spirit through its beers, which feature aeronautical names and designs. They offer a wide variety of brews, including IPAs, sours, stouts, and hard seltzers, as well as a coffee brand called Birdhouse Coffee and an in-house kitchen. Connecticut Valley Brewing Company also actively partners with numerous local and national charitable organizations and was recognized as the Best of Hartford 2023 Craft Brewery. Their beers are distributed across the country through a partnership with Bevv.
